Getting into Pilates can be difficult. Ranjini’s classes, whilst challenging, are both enjoyable and easy to follow, even for beginners like me. She takes the time to explain each exercise and stretch with a strong focus on correct technique and alignment. Her patient teaching method is both unique and effective.
